Great experience with Cozumel Fiesta Car Rental Had a great experience with Fiesta car rental on Cozumel! Jazmín was very kind and helpful. She even gave us great food recommendations. Location of pickup was super close to Cozumel ferry pier. Car was available on time. Didn’t have any issues with the car. Drop off was easy too. No scams - just friendly and easy rental car process.

Nice & familiar While looking for a rental car for a day, we were approached by many sellers on the street, which did not feel good to us. After some Googling we ended up at Fiesta, contacted via WhatsApp and immediately rented a car for the next day. The prices may be a little higher than on the street, but the service is super good and familiar. Highly recommended!

Always Fiesta We have always rented from Roberto (airport location). Great, clean, newer Jeep. Roberto is always ready to get you in & out and on your way.

Friendly service I need a car at the last minute for several days. Jazmin at the downtown location was able to assist me. She got me a car the same day and was able to extend my hire at the last moment for me. Jazmin also arranged for the car to be picked up from my hotel. The gentleman who picked it up was very friendly. Would recommend them.

Online reservations before arrival and first class service provided by Roberto Estrada Sosa upon arrival every time we are on the island. He is very kind and super is organized and always greets you with a smile. We are part- time residents and have used many of the islands commercial and private car rental services over the past 20 years. 10/10 Car Rental in Cozumel We rented a Jeep Wrangler for a trip to Punta Sur in Cozumel, and we had a GREAT time! Rocío Jasmín was fantastic and worked us through the coverages and what was expected. Unfortunately, our radio didn’t work, but that was really it we wished worked for the drive. I would highly recommend using Fiesta Car Rental if you are wanting to drive around Cozumel!

Fiesta was great, Roberto is the man! We rented a nice hard top jeep and had a great time on the island. The car was clean and well maintained and had Apple CarPlay which made navigating around super simple. Roberto was so helpful, gave us some recommendations on places to get tacos. Finally a Car Rental company I recommend on Cozumel I remted a car when my daughter and her five year old grandson visited us for a week. My daughter brings along a car seat for my grandson and with a rental car we can put it in once and leave it there for a week. Car rental has become a real pain after covid hit. I think the rentl car companies sold most of their cars and the rental price went through the roof. I used to rent for a month for $500-$600 dollars. Now many of the rental companies want that for a week. In addition, I've made rental car reservations and had the rental company refuse to honor the reservation; they required a new reservation at a higher price. This year when I looked into a rental, many of the rental car companies showed only a small number of rentals and a 2 0r 3 out of 6 rating. And the ratings changed week by week. Based upon the recommendation of a friend I went with Fiesta Car rental this year. Their price wasn't the lowest I saw, but they acted like a solid company, requiring a deposit, sendng me a confirmation and directions to their location. The car pickup went very quickly and no additional charges were foistened upon me. Yay! During my rental period I hit a curb and damaged a wheel and tire. Fiesta responded quickly and replaced the wheel and tire. They did charge me a reasonable amount for that, but the amount was fair and the rapair was done quickly and professionally. (I worked in a tire shop for 8 years when I was in school.) Based upon the history of poor service, not honoring reservations, and adding additional charges for required insurance I've had with other rental car companies on Cozumel, I highly recommend Fiesta Rental Cars. I'll use them from now on when I come to Cozumel each year. Roberto was my rental agent and he wss fast and pleasant during the pickup, the tire repair, and the Rental car return.

24hr Rental Very friendly, fast and convenient. We did not book in advance, fortunately one car was still available. We recommend to make a reservation though. Thank you Fiesta & Jasmin (agent)
